Sai DTH is a local technician and dealer service based in Ramanathapuram — not a call centre, not a franchise. Just someone nearby who answers the phone.
Why “Sai DTH” exists
People in and around Ramanathapuram were used to the same story: call the brand’s helpline, wait days for an engineer, then get a different person each time something goes wrong. We started Sai DTH to be the opposite of that — one technician you can actually reach, who fixes it properly the first time and is still around the next time you need them.
That is the whole idea behind the name. Clear Signal, Clear Entertainment — a dish that is aimed properly, wiring that is done right, and a straight answer about what something costs before we touch it.
